Tips to Make Sure Your Kids Stay Healthy
It's important to make sure your kids stay healthy. While this is an
obvious fact, just how to do so is not always obvious or easy. This is
especially true when they get to the age where they are primarily
taking care of themselves.
At a young age, make sure to research not only proper nutrition, but
also what size portions are appropriate at your child's age and body
size. Don't over-feed your children, but underfeeding is just as bad!
Find the happy medium! And ask your child's doctor about this.
Make sure to keep your home clean and sanitized. And make sure your
child starts good habits early. This includes washing hands EVERY time
they use the bathroom, brushing teeth at least twice a day or more, and
cleaning up tables and counters after meals.
Hygiene can be tricky, but it doesn't have to be. Make sure to teach
your children to bathe often, even if it's just a quick shower

always wear clean clothes and socks! Don't allow them to wear shoes

they are in for trouble. Be attentive and helpful, and keep a positive,
constructive attitude. You may know that your concern is out of love,
